I know everyone wants to know prices but it will depend on the individual project so contact me with more information and I’ll give you a quote.
Bookkeeping Prices Priced on a per entry basis (minimum charge 20 entries per month);
only € 1,00 per entry! (for first 1000 entries per annum then 0,80c per entry)
e.g. initial set-up 30 entries, then input of a purchase invoice or expenses receipt 1 entry, set-up of customer record 3 entries, bank reconciliation 3 items equals 1 entry, etc
Office Prices Call answering and message taking - from € 10,00 per month Fax sending & receiving - from € 0,15 per sheet Photocopying - from € 0,15 per sheet E-mails - prices on request Marketing Mail-Shots - from € 1,00 per letter including composition, envelopes, postage, follow-up calls etc.
Other services available include travel & function planning, research, please ask.
Initial set-up costs € 50,00 in advance then invoiced monthly on a per entry used, fax sent, photocopies made etc. basis. All paperwork can be stored on site or returned. All prices assume that paperwork is delivered or posted to me montly or weekly. If off-site work required then travel expenses would be payable.
